From tree to furniture
Miljögården is a wholesaler, this means that we buy products from suppliers who specialize in different product categories. We have several suppliers since many years, but sometimes new needs arise on the market that makes us rethink and find new ways.
A brand in change
Miljögården is a wholesaler, but we also make some of our products ourselves. Right now we are in a phase where we are making changes in parts of our work, both internally and externally, with everyone's best interests in mind.
Setting our goals was the first step towards the planning of our future changes and one of our goals is to become more sustainable, in all aspects. We are convinced that this is the way forward for us, our customers and the coming generations.
Want to make a difference
Part of our company development strategy is to continue to make a difference where we can. Together with the craftsmen in our factory, we therefore continue to develop new products based on our customers' needs and the use of sustainable materials.

Outdoor furniture & unique design
During the past year, we have visited our factory in Poland a couple of times to develop products for the upcoming collections. The last couple of years, we have seen that the demand for outdoor furniture has increased. We are now taking advantage of the opportunity and developing something that we believe in and that we know our customers will appreciate.

Developing together
Jens, our buyer has a large role in the product development, he loves being in the factory. Jens has worked at Miljögården for many years, with an education in product design he complements Patricia's background within retail. Patricia works most of her time in our sales department and has close contact with our customers. Her input, combined with her creativity, is therefore highly valuable in the development of new products. On the most recent trip, our CEO Joakim was also there to see, learn and gain an understanding of the entire process.
Together with the craftsmen in the factory, the team is creating magic, and something that we are all extremely proud of. For the next collection for spring/summer 2023, we will present new models for both indoor and outdoor use.
