What is Miljögården?
Miljögården is a brand and wholesaler specializing in home decor and furniture. As a trading company, we’ve been around since 1985. Our customers are stores, and we sell our products under the Miljögården brand.
Our goal is to reach more people and be available for many to purchase. We welcome more retailers worldwide—if you’d like to become one, visit our Become a Retailer page.
Does Miljögården have a physical store?Miljögården doesn’t have a physical store, but we do have an outlet store that opens for a few weeks each season. For more information on when and where, visit our Outlet page.
How can I find your retailers?

Why doesn’t Miljögården have an online shop for private customers?
As a supplier to over 3,000 retailers across Scandinavia and parts of Europe, we aim to avoid competing with them. To find your nearest retailer—whether a physical store or online shop—visit our Retailers page.
Why can’t I see any prices?
Prices are only visible if you are a registered customer and logged in.
Why can’t I shop on your website?
To shop and add items to your cart, you must log in. First, you’ll need to apply to become a customer with us. Our customers are primarily retailers with their own businesses, usually stores.
How do I become a retailer?
By filling out a form on our Become a Retailer page, you provide us with the necessary information about your business. We’ll review your details, and if everything looks good and there’s no retailer in your area, we’ll approve you as a new retailer. During busy periods, it might take an extra day for us to respond. Feel free to reach out if you haven’t heard back from us.
Is there a minimum order value to become a retailer?
Yes, the minimum initial order value is 8,000 SEK/8,000 NOK/800 EUR/5,000 DKK (excluding VAT). For existing customers, the minimum order value is 4,000 SEK/5,000 NOK/500 EUR/3,000 DKK (excluding VAT).
We strive to deliver orders as completely as possible. Items arriving after the desired delivery date will either be included in the next order or placed in a new order, which you can supplement.
I can’t log in with my password.
If you’re having trouble logging in or don’t have a password, click "Forgot Password" under the LOGIN section. You’ll receive an email with instructions. After changing your password, it might take a moment before it works. If you still can’t access your account, please contact us.
Can I track my delivery?
You should receive a delivery notification from Unifaunonline with a tracking number.
Why don’t all your products have EAN codes?
Miljögården introduced EAN codes in November 2020. Products manufactured before that date do not have EAN codes. Our furniture produced in-house also lacks EAN codes, but other products manufactured after November 2020 are labeled with EAN codes.
How do I make a complaint about a product?
For damaged goods, contact us within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Inspect your shipment thoroughly, open it, and check for any damage promptly.
Contact our customer support at info@miljogarden.com, providing:
- A detailed description
- Order number
- Item numbers and quantities
- Photos of each damaged product
Visible transport damage must be noted on the delivery receipt upon receiving the shipment. Photograph the packaging and the damaged product.
If Miljögården delivered the wrong item, this must be reported within 8 days of receipt. Replacement items will only be shipped with the next available order, or we will issue a credit for the agreed amount. For more details, visit our Purchase Terms page.
I haven’t received an order confirmation for my purchase.

What does in-house production mean?
In-house production means the product is manufactured at our factory in Poland, which we own. All factory staff are employed directly by us.
What does By-order mean?
By-order refers to products not always in stock but are part of our recurring inventory from our factory in Poland. If available, we deliver it as requested. If not, we place an order with the factory. Lead times typically range from 4–6 weeks, depending on the season and order volume.
Where are your products manufactured?
Miljögården’s products are made in factories owned by several suppliers worldwide, many of whom we’ve worked with for a long time. Most of our furniture and some wrought iron products are manufactured at our factory in Poland.
How do you work with sustainability?
Miljögården is committed to producing sustainable products, being a sustainable supplier, and maintaining sustainable e-commerce.
- Many of our products are made from recycled materials, such as the metal in our outdoor pots.
- Our ceramic items are incredibly durable and environmentally friendly.
- All our inner cushions are Oeko-Tex certified, chemical-free, and made in Denmark with cotton outer fabric and a mix of down and duck feathers, adhering to strict EU animal welfare standards.
- Most of our products are shipped by boat to nearby ports, then transported by truck to our warehouse.
- In 2024, we installed solar panels on our roof.
We aim to continue improving by developing sustainable packaging, creating more products from recycled materials, and sourcing suppliers closer to our warehouse.
