We, Patricia Janus, Chantal Guyot and Malou Nevhage, are your contacts at Miljögården and we look forward to helping you. We'll advise you on your purchase, on products and we'll be happy to answer any questions that may arise along the way.

Patricia - has a great eye for design, range and detail. With her Dutch-Finnish heritage, Patricia serves customers in five different languages and is thrilled to now be supported by Chantal and Malou in the German-speaking area.

Chantal - sparkling with creativity and happy to turn new ideas and thoughts into reality. This Swiss works in a goal-oriented way and always with the customer in mind.

Malou - has a wide range of skills and also helps with various tasks that require accuracy and creativity. With a background in sales and customer support, she complements the team perfectly with her eye for detail and commitment. With a german mother Malou is also fluent in the German language.

CHECKLIST FOR OUR NEW CUSTOMERS
To make your start as a new customer a little easier, we have listed some important points and with that we hope that your start at Miljögården will be as smooth as possible.

New customer - 1st order in our webshop
When you are approved as a retailer with us, you will receive a welcome email with important information that you can benefit from. In connection with this email, you will also receive your login details for our webshop. When you log in, you will have access to our entire range and can see all prices. Please check your details and contact us by email if anything is wrong. If you submit your order via our webshop, you will receive an order confirmation from us shortly after placing your order. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an order confirmation within a couple of hours, please contact us as soon as possible. We would like to make sure that everything is working properly and help you further if desired.

New customer - 1st order at the fair
When ordering at the fair: As soon as we are back in the office after the fair, your customer details will be registered, you will then receive the order confirmation and your login details to our webshop, via email. When you log in, you will have access to our entire range and can see all prices. Please check your details and contact us by email if anything is wrong.

Minimum order value
As a new customer, we have a minimum order value for your first order of 8000SEK/8000NOK/800EUR/5000DKK, after that we only send orders over 4000SEK/5000NOK/500EUR/3000DKK . When we pack your goods, we do it with a sustainability and environmental mindset and with the limit we reduce the number of unnecessary deliveries.

Therefore, if you have a backorder or an order below 4000SEK/5000NOK/500EUR/3000DKK, you will be asked to complete it, or delete it.

Marketing
As an owner or buyer, you have a lot to keep track of. Social media and a website are almost a must nowadays and sometimes other channels and new ways are needed to reach your target groups. For many, it's a big challenge or lack of time to keep up with everything. If you would like to exchange ideas or want new input, please get in touch with us.
